In March 2024, FGEN IT launched a major partnership with The Oktibbeha County Co-op—a cornerstone of the Starkville, Mississippi community since 1937. Serving regional farmers, livestock owners, and homeowners for nearly nine decades, the Co-op required a modernized online hub that accurately reflected its massive inventory, equipment dealership status, and deep community roots. The objective was to create a cohesive digital ecosystem that offers a seamless, fluid transition between their main corporate site and their dedicated Power Equipment platform.

Our mission was to completely overhaul their outdated digital footprint, producing an immersive, highly organized WordPress platform optimized to engage both local agricultural producers and residential consumers.

The Challenge & StrategyThe Oktibbeha County Co-op is far more than a local feed store; it is a full-scale agricultural headquarters carrying premium machinery lines (including Massey Ferguson and Cub Cadet), hardware, lawn and garden essentials, and livestock feed. Managing such a diverse range of target audiences required an advanced user interface (UI/UX) built around two strategic pillars: Dynamic Content Reorganization: Restructuring their vast multi-department catalog (Ag equipment, parts, outdoor power tools, feed, and garden supplies) into clean, scannable information buckets. Visual Proof & Authority: Moving away from flat text by showcasing the massive physical scale of the co-op property and the high-tech equipment they service.
