In 2025, FGEN IT partnered with Erwin Gilliam, LPC, to design and develop the online presence for Silver Linings Counseling, LLC, a professional counseling service dedicated to helping individuals and couples find healing and hope through life’s challenges.

Our collaboration began in early 2025, when Erwin approached us to help establish the digital foundation for his new counseling practice. We worked closely with him to develop a cohesive brand identity and technical infrastructure, including:

• Logo Design: Crafted a clean, calming, and professional logo that reflects the values of compassion, balance, and restoration at the heart of Silver Linings Counseling.
• Email Setup: Configured a secure and reliable professional email system under the company domain to support client communication.
• Website Development: Built a responsive, easy-to-navigate WordPress website hosted on FGEN IT servers, optimized for speed, accessibility, and privacy compliance.

This project was especially meaningful for us on a personal level. We first met Erwin when he served as our marriage counselor, guiding us through a challenging season of life with wisdom and care. Partnering with him professionally to launch Silver Linings Counseling, LLC was both an honor and a full-circle experience.
